About

We bought a house.
We hated the process.

UK conveyancing is one of the most significant processes in most people's lives, and it's run almost entirely via email chains, phone calls, and crossed fingers. The average buyer checks their inbox eight times a day waiting for an update. Most of those days, nothing comes.

ThresholdTrack was built to fix that. We don't replace solicitors or disrupt the legal process. We add the layer of transparency and communication that should always have been there.

The name comes from the moment you stand at the threshold of a new home, keys in hand. Everything that happened before that moment, the searches, the enquiries, the late-night anxiety spirals, should be tracked, visible, and understood by everyone involved. Not just the solicitor.

What we're building

Transparency as a right

Every buyer deserves to know where their purchase is, in plain English, without having to chase anyone for it.

Tools that work with existing workflows

Solicitors are time-poor. Estate agents are reactive. Any tool that asks them to fundamentally change how they work will fail. We built ThresholdTrack to slot into the existing process, not replace it.

AI as an explainer, not a replacement

The AI in ThresholdTrack is there to translate legal language into plain English, summarise activity, and surface what needs attention. It doesn't give legal advice. It doesn't pretend to be a solicitor.

Built for the UK

UK conveyancing is uniquely complicated. The 10-stage purchase process, the role of searches, the chain problem, these aren't American or Australian issues. We built specifically for how UK residential property transactions work.

Private beta

We're currently in private beta, working with a small group of buyers, estate agents, and solicitors across London and the South East. If you'd like early access, get in touch.
