Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

ThresholdTrack is in private beta. These terms are being finalised. The summary below sets out the basis on which we expect to provide the service. A full agreement will be issued before general availability.

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of ThresholdTrack, operated by ThresholdTrack Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. By using the service you agree to them. Where your firm has a separate written agreement with us, that agreement takes precedence.

2. The service

ThresholdTrack is a communication and tracking layer for residential conveyancing. It does not provide legal advice, does not hold client money, and does not replace your case-management system or your professional judgement.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure, for the accuracy of the data you enter, and for using the service in line with your professional and regulatory obligations. You must not misuse the service or attempt to disrupt it.

4. Data protection

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Where we process personal data on your behalf, a data-processing agreement applies.

5. Availability and beta status

During the private beta the service is provided as-is, and features may change. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

6. Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the ThresholdTrack platform. You retain all rights in your own data. You grant us the limited rights needed to provide the service to you.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law and will be set out in full in the final agreement.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
