AI that works with you,
not against you.
No new software for your fee-earners. No integration project. No client behaviour to change. A conveyancing-trained AI sits behind the email layer your team already lives in, reading matters, drafting client updates, flagging risk, and freeing capacity to carry more matters.
case-x8k2p@thresholdtrack.orgConveyancing intelligence,
not another app to learn.
The AI is trained on the work, not bolted onto it. Your fee-earners keep working the way they do today; the platform does the parts they don't need to spend billable time on.
Matter opens with the instruction
When the firm takes on the matter, the case is opened in seconds, alongside whatever case-management system you already run. Replaces nothing.
AI reads as it happens
The conveyancing-trained AI parses each matter's correspondence as it flows, extracts stage updates, action items, key dates. No manual entry, no new ritual.
Capacity goes up
AI-drafted client updates, plain-English summaries, risk scoring. Your team carries 20–30% more matters without adding hires.
Your entire caseload.
Ranked by what needs you.
If you want the full dashboard, the workload view ranks every active case by AI risk score, blocked stages, outstanding tasks, time since last update. Nothing falls through the gaps.
Everything you need. Already in your inbox.
Email-native AI
The AI reads each matter's correspondence as it happens, stage updates, action items, key dates, and threads them against the right matter. No manual entry, no app for fee-earners to open.
AI reply drafting
ThresholdTrack drafts plain-English client update emails based on your correspondence. Review and send in seconds.
Risk monitoring
AI scores each case 0–100 daily. Flags outstanding mortgage confirmations, prolonged search delays, and communication gaps.
Attention queue
Cases ranked by urgency. Blocked, stalled, or high-risk matters surface to the top of your workload view automatically.
Threaded client chat
Clients message you in context, on the case, not scattered across email threads. Full history, clean audit trail.
Audit-ready logs
Every update, email parse, and milestone change is logged with timestamp and source. Ready for file review or complaint response.
Stage durations clients can see, and trust.
Every stage in ThresholdTrack displays the industry-average duration to your client. When searches take 3 weeks, clients see “normal”, not “why is this taking so long?”
Both solicitors are formally instructed and the conveyancing process begins.
The seller's solicitor sends the draft contract pack; your solicitor reviews it.
Local authority, drainage and environmental searches submitted and returned.
Your solicitor checks the legal title, boundaries, rights of way, restrictions.
Questions raised about title, planning, fixtures and boundaries, resolved both ways.
Your lender values the property and issues a formal mortgage offer.
You sign the contract, transfer deed, mortgage deed and Stamp Duty return.
Contracts exchanged. The sale is legally binding and a completion date is set.
Funds transfer, the seller moves out, and the keys are released to you.
Stamp Duty paid to HMRC and your ownership registered at the Land Registry.
Total typical duration: 12–18 weeks · Your case may differ depending on local authority backlog, chain complexity, and lender response times.
The common objections, answered.
"Won't clients just ask more questions?"
The opposite. Every stage comes with a plain-English explanation of what's happening, who's doing it, and how long it typically takes. A client who reads "council searches take 2–6 weeks" doesn't ring to ask why searches are taking 2 weeks.
"What if the other side's solicitor isn't on it?"
Doesn't matter. ThresholdTrack works off your firm's correspondence on the matter, the other side doesn't need an account, doesn't need to change anything, and never needs to know ThresholdTrack exists.
"I'm worried about data security."
Straight answer: to build the timeline, the AI reads the full text of the correspondence you route to it, not just metadata. That text is processed by Anthropic's Claude API, whose commercial terms mean it is never used to train their models; the events it extracts and their source are stored encrypted at rest in the UK. Because Anthropic processes in the US, we're putting our DPA and standard transfer safeguards in place ahead of GA. We act as your data processor, never sell data, and sensitive items like ID and source-of-funds stay in your case-management system. SOC 2 and ISO 27001 are on that same path.
"My firm uses [Proclaim / Leap / ALB]. Will this work?"
Yes. ThresholdTrack sits alongside your existing case management system. It doesn't replace it, it adds a client communication layer on top. No integration required.
Built with solicitors. For solicitors.
Early adopters aren't just reducing call volume. They're helping us understand exactly how solicitors work, what matters most, and what comes next. Your feedback directly shapes the product.
Not on legal work. Not progressing cases. On answering “any updates?” That's what we're solving.
As an early user, you're directly influencing how ThresholdTrack evolves to serve your practice better.
New deadlines are coming. We'll track them.
Binding contracts add commitments and penalty dates; sales packs add upfront work. ThresholdTrack keeps both visible and clients informed, with no change to how you work.
